Using Analytics to Understand Your Customer

The average person usually equates analytics with measurement and performance. But in an interview with Mike McDonald at the 25th Annual ACCM Conference, Nancy Shaver of Experian said the biggest opportunity in analytics is a better understanding of your customer. She explains how analytics helps you know specific demographics and behaviors of your customer.
